Because our products are custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, change your mind, or provide an incorrect shipping address.
However, we want you to love your purchase! We offer a free replacement or a full refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a manufacturing error.
Qualifying Issues for a Refund or Replacement
You are fully covered if your order arrives with any of the following problems:
- Damaged Items: Torn fabric, broken items, or shattered goods.
- Manufacturing Errors: Incorrect printing, blurry graphics, or misaligned placement.
- Wrong Item Received: Incorrect size, color, or completely wrong product delivered.
Timeframe for Claims
You must submit your claim within 14 days of receiving your item. Any requests made after this period cannot be accepted, as our production partners strictly enforce a 30-day window from delivery.
How to Submit a Request
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Take Photos: Capture clear photos showing the defect, damage, or the size tag of the incorrect item. Place the item on a flat, well-lit surface.
- Contact Us: Email our support team at contact@moreviewsmedia.com with the subject line: "Refund/Replacement Request - Order #[Insert Order Number]".
- Include Details: In the email body, briefly describe the issue and attach your clear photos.
What Happens Next?
Our team will review your request within three business days. If approved, we will process a brand-new replacement order for you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us.
